– INGREDIENTS –
2 cups organic yogurt
2 bananas
2 tsp freshly grated ginger
2 tsp agave sirup or honey
1/2 lemon, juice
1 tsp vanilla extract or ground vanilla
2 tsp ground turmeric (or fresh turmeric root)
4-5 ice cubes
– DIRECTIONS –
- Prepare the ingredients by grating the ginger and squeezing the lemon.
- Blend all the ingredients in a high-speed blender. Make sure it’s even and has a nice texture, before serving. Serve and enjoy immediately.
