The thing I like the most about bliss balls, is that you can put pretty much anything you want into them, and they will still turn out good. These apricot ones are probably the simplest I have made. With only five ingredients, they still turned out really good.
As mentionen above, these are extremely simple. I just found whatever I had lying in my cupboards and mixed it together in the food processor. I didn’t have a lot in my cupboards, so I had to do with only five ingredients. However, since there are only so few ingredients in, it really brings out the delicious apricot taste.
– INGREDIENTS –
100g apricots
approximately 10 dates
50g cashews
a spoonful of sesame seeds
50g dark chocolate (melted)
cacao powder
– DIRECTIONS –
- Blend apricots, cashews and sesame seeds in a food processor. Add pitted dates. Refrigerate if the mixture is too sticky to handle.
- Melt the dark chocolate, and pour some cacao powder onto a plate. Dip half the bliss balls in the melted chocolate, and cover the other half in the cacao powder, by rolling them gently in it.
- Set to dry in you refrigerator for a few minutes, and enjoy them either immediately, or store them in an airtight container in your refrigerator.
