Last week the weather in Aarhus was amazing! Even though it’s grey and gloomy again, there is some occasional sunshine. When the sun finally peaks out, I like to enjoy it with a glass of ice cold homemade lemonade.

– INGREDIENTS –

serves 2

2 lemons

1-2 tbsp suvida gylden (or similar sweeteners)

fizzy water

– DIRECTIONS –

1. Squeeze lemons into a bowl.
2. Mix suvida gylden (1-2 tbsp depending on how sweet you like it) into the lemon juice. Whisk until the suvida is dissolved.
3. Mix 1/4 of lemon + suvida mixture with 3/4 fizzy water. Add more for extra taste.
4. Add a handful ice cubes, a straw and enjoy!
