The weather has been incredible these last few days, so of course that calls for a summery milkshake! This milkshake brings me right back to our trip to Thailand last winter, where we bought coconut milkshakes. I can’t wait to be drinking this all summer!
– INGREDIENTS –
for 2 people
1 coconut
250 ml / 1 cup coconut water (or coconut milk)*
1 1/2 cups fresh coconut meat
1 banana
1 small handful frozen strawberries
*if you’re out, use regular or other plant based milk
– DIRECTIONS –
- Place all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth. Add more coconut water if it is too thick.
- Serve in two large glasses with a straw. Enjoy!
We have done this recipe already four times. It is delicious!!!
