Protein Packed Rawnola

Are you tired of the old traditional granola? Then it’s time for you to try this sugar-free raw granola, RAWnola! Or have you tried Bliss Balls, you’ve tried Lara Bars, and you want MORE! It’s your lucky day, because rawnola is the sister to bliss balls and lara bars, with almost the same ingredients, but a different preparation! So if you want to turn this into a bar or a ball, it’s totally up to you!


These are good in your breakfast as a granola (I like to use the as a topping on smoothiebowls and nicecream), but they are also good as a little snack! I bring some with me to snack on after training. Since there are hemp seeds in them they are packed proteins. 



1 1/2 cup / 3 dl dates

1 cupcup / 2 dl oats*

1/4 cup / 1/2 dl almonds

1/2 cup / 1 dl coconut, dessicated

1/2 cup / 1 dl hemp seeds

1/2 cup / 1 dl cacao nibs

*add extra oats if it’s too sticky


  1. Chop dates into smaller pieces. Set aside.
  2. Chop almonds into very small pieces.
  3. Sprinkle all ingredients on dates in a bowl.
  4. Using your hands, mix everything well together.
  5. Add extra oats if necessary.
  6. Enjoy!
