Have you tried Banana Nicecream? If you loved it, you’ll love this one too! It’s just as creamy, but with a different flavour. Blueberry! And, it’s just as simple! I love to make this as a midday or afternoon snack. It’s just as good for breakfast.
I like to keep mine simple, with just a few toppings to add some crunch. I topped with cacao nibs and almonds for crunch and a hint of nut and a chocolaty taste. I also added some chia seeds for the extra fiber.
– INGREDIENTS –
2 cups / 4 dl frozen bananas, chopped (aprox. 3 bananas)
1 cup / 2 dl frozen blueberries
a dash of plant based milk or other liquid
cacao nibs
chia seeds
almonds, roughly chopped
– DIRECTIONS –
- Add bananas and blueberries to high speed blender or food processor and pulse. Stop when they are shopped into very small pieces.
- Add milk. Pulse until it turns into a creamy consistency. You may have to stop a few times and scrape down the sides or add more liquid.
- Top with toppings. Enjoy!
