Blueberry and Banana Nicecream

Have you tried Banana Nicecream? If you loved it, you’ll love this one too! It’s just as creamy, but with a different flavour. Blueberry! And, it’s just as simple! I love to make this as a midday or afternoon snack. It’s just as good for breakfast.


I like to keep mine simple, with just a few toppings to add some crunch. I topped with cacao nibs and almonds for crunch and a hint of nut and a chocolaty taste. I also added some chia seeds for the extra fiber.



2 cups / 4 dl frozen bananas, chopped (aprox. 3 bananas)

1 cup / 2 dl frozen blueberries

a dash of plant based milk or other liquid

cacao nibs

chia seeds

almonds, roughly chopped


  1. Add bananas and blueberries to high speed blender or food processor and pulse. Stop when they are shopped into very small pieces.
  2. Add milk. Pulse until it turns into a creamy consistency. You may have to stop a few times and scrape down the sides or add more liquid.
  3. Top with toppings. Enjoy!
