This little snack is super healthy and just as delicious! The banana has the consistency of ice cream so it is just amazing! Even my peanut butter hating sister is obsessed with it. As soon as I finish one batch of these, I’m already making the next one.
The recipe couldn’t get any easier! Slice up the bananas, and make peanut butter banana sandwiches, dip in chocolate, and top with toppings!
I recommend experimenting with toppings. On mine I used desiccated coconut, cacao nibs and chopped cranberries. They were all good!
– INGREDIENTS –
2 ripe bananas
peanut butter
100g dark chocolate
coconut, desiccated
cacao nibs
cranberries, dried
– DIRECTIONS –
- Slice bananas, make the slices approximately 1 cm wide.
- Spread peanut butter on 1 slice, and put another slice on top, making peanut butter banana sandwiches.
- Melt chocolate. Cover slices in chocolate.
- Before the chocolate stiffens, sprinkle with choice of toppings. Enjoy!
