Sound delicious, right? That’s because it is! The Creamy Banana Ice Coffee has all that’s good from the classic ice coffee, and then a little extra :). I usually make this, and share it with my sister, over an episode of Modern Family, and a stack of Banana Pancakes, the perfect Friday (or any other day) treat! Since the days are getting longer, and the weather hotter, it’s time to get a head start on the ice coffee season! I recommend that you start with this delicious ice coffee, I promise, it won’t be your last!
The recipe is fast and simple! You start of blending sweetener, coffee, and water until it’s a light mass. Then you add banana, milk and ice cubes, and drink immediately!
– INGREDIENTS –
5 tsp instant coffee
3 tsp sweetener (I use sukrin gold)
5 tsp water
2 dl milk
1 ripe banana
5 ice cubes
– DIRECTIONS –
- Blend instant coffee, sweetener and water until it turns light. If your blender is too big to blend it, you can whisk it with a hand mixer.
- Add milk, bananas and ice cubes to the mixture.
- Blend until smooth. Enjoy!
